I have a 2017 Lexus RX 350 with no Nav. I see the compatible model is LEXKVL2. Does the unit support Carplay with simultaneous audio from OEM radio? Does it matter that I only have the **** (low configuration)? Also does this support iphone mirroring in addition to the carplay?

You are correct, for 2017 Lexus RX 350 with no navigation, the correct model is LEXKVL2:

You will be able to use the **** to operate the system and switch the apps, control the map. You can also use voice assistant such as Siri to operate the system. The system has HDMI-In, you can use it with the iPhone and HDMI iPhone cable.
