BIG Brakes On Our Cars? Possible leads from 5th gen RX
@Alexbenz This one’s for you. The new 2023+ RX F-Sport models are supposed to come with massive aluminum 6-pot calipers and a 400mm diameter rotor. This won’t be used on my cars as I like to run smaller rims, but if anyone is running 21” or larger rims this will probably be the cheapest way to get a front BBK on our cars and any 90s+ Camry or 99+ RX, 01+ Highlander, Venza, NX, etc. Now, that’s granted they don’t change the knuckle spacing on the newer cars.
Base 2023+ RX is supposed to come with front 13.39” rotors & dual piston calipers which happen to be the same size as a 2020-2023+ Highlander. Other than swapping from M12x1.25 to M14x1.5 caliper holes and having to drill out the knuckle mounting, I have measured the spacing of the 2020+ Highlander and it can fit our knuckles. I wouldn’t be surprised if the RX’s spacing and setup is the same.
Will provide updates if I can get more info.

Give it a few years once these things get wrecked and the parts should be a lot cheaper. I'm not sure about those nice 2-piece rotors though, they're probably going to be $$$
I'll post any info or part numbers as soon as they show up on Lexuspartsnow.com
