When I wobbled front tire from 3-9 point, I heard clucking sound from center bottom. When I drove backward and turned steering wheel to one side, I can feel steering wheel moving if front tires hit uneven surface. What is the possible problem?

It could be a few different things and I assume you have high mileage. It is best diagnosed in person by an experienced independent repair shop, not a dealer.
You could have worn ball joints, or wheel bearings, or control arm bushings, or a bad strut, or strut mount or mount bearing, or tie rod ends etc etc. Which is why it needs a tech to inspect it. This could be very dangerous if your wheel fell off or something broke causing you to lose control and crash. Get it taken care of ASAP.
