Try Rockauto. Try Shock Warehouse. Try Amazon. Google the proper Bilstein B4 or B6 part number and see what sources turn up.

I meant to write Tokico above not Toshiba.

FYI and this should be a sticky. Bilstein does not make an application for the RX. These are for the Toyota Highlander.
See this thread at around post 22 onward for parts numbers information etc. Be warned that the Bilsteins are usually on backorder and another member was recently told it would be January before they were available.

I will repeat the most important stuff:

The Bilstein B4 or B6 front struts that fit the RX are those for the 2008-2013 Highlander. There are different left and right struts.
The Bilstein B4 or B6 rear shocks that fit the RX are those for the 2014 -2019 Highlander
. The same part is used for both rear shocks.

The 2013 Highlander has a completely different rear suspension that takes struts as opposed to the RX that takes shocks and the 2013 rear struts will not fit. You need rear shocks from a 2014-2019 Highlander.

B4 are standard ride quality and B6 are sporty stiffer riding better handling ones

My oem parts numbers (48531-48080, 48531-48101, 48531-48103 48531-0E221 doesn't cross reference with the B4s. I'm might just end up with the OEMs.

That does not really matter as OEM part numbers are replaced and changed and multiple ones used for the same part. For instance, all of the parts numbers Sweeks2020 listed above are for the same part, the rear shock absorbers. Note that there are 2 rear shock absorbers that are identical and use the same part.
It is the front struts that are different left and right.

You can look at one of the OEM Lexus parts sites and find multiple parts numbers for the same part as a vehicle ages and they get new suppliers or improved parts.
If the application is for the correct vehicles as indicated elsewhere in this thread then they will fit and work on your RX.
