Headrest removable?

Can the headrest be removed to install this type of coat hanger? I was able to do it in the Gen2 RX.

Yes. The headrest have tabs you press in and then you can pull the headrest out. I removed my rear seat headrest on my 2015 RX350 that way. I assume the front headrest can be removed the same way.

I may buy a headrest hanger like that for my ride to hold my coat.
