Rattling noise on Steering column
Guys please help me, theres a rattling noise coming from under my steering column when ever i go on rough surfaces please help me out

Take it to an independent repair shop for inspection, and possibly repair. This is almost impossible to diagnose over the internet. It could be a few different things. Some are minor and can be ignored some are expensive to repair.
You are far from the first person with this complaint.
