Fragmented audio Bluetooth transmission I phone 11
Gen 3 RX 350, 2015..
Recent fragmented- interrupted audio reception through the cars Bluetooth ? speakers?
Bluetooth connection is immediate and static when engaged..ALL music plays clearly and crisp from I phone thru speakers when connected .
Receiving phone conversation during hands free FROM car to other party on phone is not effected.
However, when listening to a conversation in the car during the conversation...there is severe fragmentation and interruption of the sound from other party.
In other words, we can not listen to a phone call hands free without severe difficulty...it sounds like a blown speaker...yet it sounds fine otherwise..
Help if you can!

Check the Bluetooth in the iPhone. Under Settings open up the Bluetooth screen.
Find the banner that should say Lexus RX or perhaps Car Multimedia. If your phone
shows a banner that reads "Car Accessory System" it indicates a corrupt pairing.
Works but poorly. Delete the car from the phone and the phone from the car and repair.
Much more basic phone protocol - turn the phone fully off, dead, dark, cold at least once a week.

Ok!…I will try this fix….I see there is a device type selection in the iPhone in car multimedia…Would this effect any issues to your knowledge?
The system does same function on both phones we use..So I imagine the culprit is most likely iPhone system since the iTunes and music all play clear and crisp without interruption!
