Default 120K miles service coming up Lexus quoted $2100

My wife took her car for oil change yesterday and service manager told her the next service is 120k miles ~2K next time.
I called and asked what will be performed
1) Spark plugs replacement
2) oil change
3) brake fluid change
3) transmission fluid change
4) AWD gear fluid change
5) air filters
6) coolant (not sure if he mentioned on this)

Anyway, he said big ticket item is the spark plugs replacement.
What do you guys think? Couple months ago, I DIY engine valve cover gaskets on my 03 LS430. (1st time so I think I have the "tool" and "some skill")

Call a local Toyota dealer or 2 and get quotes for the same work as they should be cheaper, but no donuts in the waiting room. The Highlander is a mechanical twin. All of this work is what should be done.

Yes the spark plugs are a lot of labor to get at the rear bank. There are youtube videos on the spark plug replacement if you want to see how it is done. It involves coolant draining if you remove the intake manifold. The alternative method is to remove the wiper motor assembly to get enough room back there. Not sure if that still requires coolant draining. There are threads here about spark plug change with instructions.

You may also want to check with independent shops. However, dealers are best equipped to deal with the transmission fluid as it is quirky.

this. that rear bank of spark plugs is a PITA. I did it on an Avalon (mechanical cousin) and its not easy. Wiper motor/cowl is the way to go.

I DIY everything I possibly can, including the spark plug change. All Lexus dealership service departments are charging insane money these days. For whatever you choose not to DIY, find a good indie shop and save yourself a chunk of cash by doing so.

Spark plugs are a difficult job but not $2k difficult. Last year I had my 120k service (without transmission/diff fluid change) and it was around $750 at a Lexus dealer. Transmission fluid I had done at an independent for under $200, so less than a grand all in. That was in the UK, but I can't imagine prices being that different.
