Question Breaks malfunction after dead battery

Hello, so I've got the RX450H(2010)
I've been using this vehicle sparingly, and it was recently serviced.

However, today in the cold i've came out to find that my car was very low on battery, as in it wouldn't start and the lights flickering.
Well, no problem I've set it up to charge for an hour and came back out later and it started, however it now has a new problem with the brakes and displays;

- Brake Malfunction
- Check Brake system
- No ABS

The brakes also physically feels a lot worse, as in there is no brake strength anymore.

This was not an issue before the battery went dead, I have tried to reset the battery once again but to no luck it comes back..

What happens is after a battery reset, it regains some brake strength but just for a while then gets slack and has to be pushed all the way down to come to a stop

My question is, is this an electronical issue of any kind or has any part actually broken down from loosing the power earlier, sounds very unlikely but i'm no mechanic.
What can I do about this, if anything or is my only road to salvation handing it over to the guys at the local lexus dealership's repair?

Sorry for my english, it's not my primary language.

All the best!

You need to replace your battery. Even with a charge it is unable to power your vehicle. Have you checked your battery voltage?

Low voltage from your dying weak battery is triggering the warning lights and making your brakes act strange.

Even more so because you have a hybrid. I bet you have the original 12 volt battery as they last a very long time in hybrid vehicles.

Get a new 12 volt battery and charge it before using it as they often sit on the shelf for months and are weak when sold.

450H uses 12v as a brake booster/power-assist. It should feel the same as when the engine dies on a non-hybrid vehicle
