Default Door Rattle and Wind Noise

Hi!
I’ve got a 2018 RX and I’ve noticed since I bought the car that the front door rattle whenever I turn the music loud and it’s worse if the music has a lot of bass. Does anybody encounter the same problem and found any fix. I let a mechanic removed the door before and checked, but nothing seem loose just rattle.

moreover, I hear a whistling noise coming from the Rear Left door somewhere around the upper window seal. The window was closed, but I still hear it at high speed.

hope you guys had encounter these problems before and found a fix. Thanks

Every car's problems can be different.
When the mechanic took the door panel off, did he turn up the radio volume while he had it off?
Did he ride in the back seat while you drove and try opening/closing the window and try to determine where it's coming from?

Did he replace any broken clips that hold on the door panel? Any broken clips will rattle.

Is it just the left or right door or both? Even though nothing is loose, a small part such as a nylon wire tie, a wire nut, wire or cable could be vibrating against the steel frame of the door. Some internal part of the speaker could also have come unglued. The door panel has to be removed along with the speaker and then play the loud music. This will reveal the source of the rattle.
The rear window noise was discussed in an earlier thread.

I forgot to mentioned the details. The mechanic remove the door panel and check all the clips to see if something is missing or loosen, but nothing wrong. The rattle seem to be coming from the door pocket but he couldn’t find a fix for it. He just put it back and I drove home. If I leave the door pocket in the open position, it makes less rattle and if I close the door pocket back, it rattles again.

The whistling noise comes from the rear window behind the driver seat up above where the window closes. I let my sister listened to it and she hears it as if the window is not closed properly.

Sounds like you've narrowed the rattle to a particular point. A bit more poking around should find it.
The rear window seems like it's not closing properly. Either the dealer, or a local body shop should be able to find that.

Sorry to ask but when seat ventilation is on it does make a noise that sounds exactly like a wind noise from the back. So, is seat ventilation on?

I turned off the ventilated seat already while I let my sister listen to the wind noise.

Try putting some soft padding in the door pocket when closed to see if that will stop the rattle. Painters tape, or kleenex, etc. something to "pad" the area.

Default Rattle in drivers door

2022 RX 350, purchased new December 31, 2022. There has been an intermittent rattle in the driver's side door since I got it. The dealer never hears it when I bring it in for service, but it is definitely there. Today, I had a full load of people in the car and noticed that when the other doors were being closed, that they had that satisfying thunk that you would expect them to have. Because I heard those other doors close first, the sound my door made when closed really stuck out like a sore thumb-it sounded like something was somewhat loose inside. The dealer won't take the door panel off until he hears the rattle, and while I've watched YouTube videos on how to do it, I'm not keen on doing it myself while still in warranty. However, if anyone has experienced this and has suggestions, I may go ahead and pop that panel off. Thanks in advance.

A long time ago a friend bought a brand new 1968 Ford Torino GT and it had a rattle in the drivers door. The dealer took the door apart and they found an empty whiskey bottle.

I'd take the panel off and take it for a ride. See what happens.
