OK my TPMS light has been on for about a month so I went to a local tire shop and they said 1 of the 4 sensors was bad so they replaced it ($65) but the light is still on. The tire show said that I need to drive the car for 20 miles at 50 mph or higher and the light should go off. Does this sound accurate? I haven’t had the chance to drive it yet.

TIA!

The TPMS reset instructions are on page 588 for my 2017 RX. Yours might be the same. If not, it should be in the index.

I took it back to the tire shop with the manual. Let’s hope they can figure out how to get the light off!

WELL….the tire shop ended up replacing all 4 sensors and and 4 new tires and they still can’t get the light to go off. Unfortunately the closest Lexus dealer is a few hours away and I really don’t want to spend any more money on this issue.
So Unless someone can help me resolve this problem I guess I will be putting a small piece of black tape over the light so I don’t have to look at the damn thing anymore.
