Hi, 2021 RX450H carplay suddenly vanished from the menu. Tried all the fixes I found online. Swapped cords, doesn't work with multiple iPhones. In my Iphone carplay settings the car doesn't even come up. Phones charge when plugged in. Carplay is selected as an allowed app. thanks

Which USB port are you plugging into? It has to be plugged into the USB port under the armrest/inside the center console. Also, since there are 2 ports there and both are meant for data, make sure you are only using one of them. If something else is plugged into the second USB port under the armrest, it might confuse the car.
