No washer fluid to rear wiper

Our washer fluid reservoir is full, but we are not getting fluid sent to the rear wiper.
Any suggestions?

With the car turned on (engine off) run the washer to see if you hear the washer motor running. If you can hear it then the hose is kinked/clogged or the nozzle is clogged. If you don't hear it, the fuse is blown or there is a problem with the pump motor. Let us know how you make out.

I should have RTFM. I tried a search in the pdf for it, but when I actually read the section on wiper operations I found the rear wiper washer is a push forward function on the wiper stick. Now I know how it works on Lexus vehicles.

Not sure if I am misunderstanding, but you can engage the rear washer with the stalk. In my manual at p 200 I think
