Unhappy Leaking from rear shock

Hello,
Does anyone know what this is?
It is leaking but I have no clue what it is to get the service,

Please help!

I think that your title says it all.

Just reach up and feel it to confirm that it is oil and not water.

Looks like water on a bump stop to me. That is NOT a shock. The shock is mounted to the knuckle via a bracket and is independent from the spring
