I have a 2016 RX350 with 37k miles on it, i took it to my dealer to have the front seat heating elements replaced under a L-SB-0038-18 because the seats never became warm when the heating feature was enabled.
When the car was returned to me I noticed a few areas on the seats where there were things that were not lining up and had large gaps and wires hanging out the back on the bottom.

Should i complain to the lexus dealer or just live with it?
The seats on my car look brand new and I maintain them monthly with lexol cleaner & conditioner.
