2019 RX350L noise when starting

Hi, I'm new to this club. I have a 2019 RX350L and now it's about 40k kms. Recently, almost every time I start the engine especially when the car is cold , the noise will come from front-right side. Anyone know what the problem it might be?
The noise only happens at starting and very short, it won't make any noise during driving.

Sounds like the belt tensioner. Try removing the belt and see if the noise goes away - don't drive it, just start it and run it a few seconds. I think you can buy just the pulley if that is the problem.

I listened carefully. It's more like from the AC fan or blower, or the cabin filter.

Does it not happen if you start the car with the HVAC system off?

I checked several times. The noise won't happen with the HVAC off.
I pulled out the cabin filter and didn't find anything wrong. Might be the AC motor or something.
