Steering wheel squeaky noise

Does anybody know why steering wheel in my Lexus RX 350 2017 makes a squeaky sound when turning (check the attachment)?
It always happens sporadically and then disappears and I am not able to reproduce it when turning the wheel intentionally.

The car is only 50k miles, I’m confused why clock spring became that noisy already.
