How to turn off the Mobile Assistant?

I have a 2017 RX 350 with an aftermarket CarPlay installed. I don’t believe my issue is related to my CarPlay. Randomly the Mobile Assistant will ask “what would you like to do?” I have not touched the buttons on the steering wheel or even spoken out loud. It is annoying. Is there any way to turn the Mobile Assistant OFF? Not just press the Hang Up button or say “Cancel” but disable it fully?
