Hi beam issues

Hi beam issues
2017 with the 3 lamp headlights and my hi beams simply don't work. The indicator light shows they are on, but are not. Car has the auto hi beam feature and that has no effect on the problem that I can see. If there are hi beam fuses or a relay, I certainly would like to know where they are located. The low beam fuses check out just fine. Any ideas for me?

Not sure but try turning off the auto hi beam setting.

How about if you pull the turn signal lever?

I looked on my 2020 (standard headlights, not the triple beam). There are separate fuses and relays for the right and left low beams. I could not find or decipher a high beam fuse. There is one relay marked H-LP-CLN, which is probably for the headlight cleaner. All the fuses are in the under-hood box; I didn't find anything that appeared to be related in the hard-to-reach under-dash fuse box.
Since the dash light illuminates correctly it seems like the stalk switch is working. The fact that there are separate fuses and relays for the right and left side makes me think they are not the problem. Perhaps there is a common wiring harness that is corroded. If it was my car I'd probably do these things, in order: 1) See if a good indy shop could put a Toyota specific-scan tool on the car. It might show something useful. 2) Have a Lexus dealer look at it.
Good luck.
