Awesome! Is a huge step up from a NX isn’t it? They don’t look that much different, but to me, a NX isn’t really a Lexus. I don’t know what it is, but it doesn’t feel like a real Lexus.
Yes, it's a night and day difference especially after getting away from the F-sport. So smooth and the V6 is nice again. I just wish they had kept the fog lights on more models. I do miss those on the NX, especially turning on dark roads.
good morning - chuck here from tampa. after high school graduation and sending our son off to the naval academy this past summer, my wife and i finally traded in the 2010 RAV4 for the 2020 RX350 (our first lexus). "hmmm...upgrades." love it. happy to be here.8.5.1
The NX and UX is sub par Lexus. Real experiences start at RX, GX, and LX. or ES, GS and LS.
to me the CT200, IS, UX and NX drive like a Toyota
Mostly agree - I’ve never driven a CT200, but the IS is definitely Lexus with sport clothing on. It’s a big step above a Toyota. The UX & NX seem like rebadged Corollas.
Picked up our first Lexus one week ago - 2021 RX 350 Prem/Nav Pkg, Silver w/ blk interior. Wife's primary car to go along with my Tacoma. Thought I'd say hi and share my thoughts:
1. Silver is very different from my Tacoma, like infused with beige or gold elements. It's nice, but wish it was a little more "silvery".
2. Was initially looking for the Luxury package, but just too hard to find and ultimately decided that the upgrades were not worth it.
3. The one upgrade that I was looking for in the lux pkg was the wheels. I like the 10 spoke OEM wheels and tried to get those added, but not at ridiculous expense. I've found a few places online where I can get them for 2k, but I think I'll just wait until I get winter tires next year.
4. Ride is very nice and quiet. Admittedly haven't driven far yet, but so far very happy. Interior feels great. One minor annoyance is the carplay cable in center storage instead of by phone holder.
Overall, loving the new car smell and I hope to keep it for many years. And hoping to learn from others here about maintenance, mods, etc.
Just picked up a white 450h with black and white interior. Has the navigation system, we traded in Audi Q7 TDI. Its our first Lexus and it’s been a great trade so far!

Congrats! What made you choose the Premium over the Luxury? I have a 2021 Prem, but really liked the leather and wheels on the Luxury. Here's mine:
More so the price and the fake leather holds up better. We have a one year old so I know it’s going to be destroyed inside as soon as she is old enough to do so.
That color is what I had on my NX with the caramel interior.
