2017 F-Sport
Atomic Silver on black W/aluminum trim
ML Audio, nav, glass roof, tow package (supposedly), triple beams, and a bunch of other stuff.
Bought it out of Utah and drove it back home to the Upper Midwest. Rides really nice. I don't think the electronic suspension does enough for the "Sport" part, however. QUIET inside, which is nice. The cooled/ventilated seats is a feature I sorely missed from my 2003 SAAB 9-5 Aero Sportcombi. The ML audio destroys the premium system in my old Venza.
Replaces my ultra-reliable 2009 V6 Venza that had 312,000 on it. Got rear ended and totaled. The RX checked a lot of my boxes. 4Runner would have been nice, but all the overlanders decided to make clean, lower mileage examples unobtainium.
Since I use the roof for a lot of things, the first "mod" I did (other than a rear window sticker) was getting crossbars. Now I can haul my kayak, sailboard, bike, and ski box... though the kayak bow tie-down needs refinement. Next up is either a second set of wheels for winter or I'll just be swapping out snow tires. Not sure yet. Then I'll be installing a hitch receiver. (you can get a nice look at my 30+ year old bike my brother hates that I still ride...) Also changed out the trans fluid shortly after getting it home.
I've got quite a few questions about certain things. Some of which are partially answered via threads here, but not everything, and not clearly. My local dealer's tech guru was a little flummoxed about some of the issues I was bringing up. Other things were met with "I dunnno..." Shouldn't be that hard.
If anyone has recommendations or things that I should watch for or look for, that would be appreciated.

I’m new over here in the RX forum, I just arrived from the IS forum after my IS250 was t-boned by a red light runner and gave up its life to protect me. After seeing how close I came to death I realized that I needed a little more sheet metal between myself and these dangerous North Carolina roads, so I upgraded to a pre-owned 2018 RX-L with more bells and whistles than I will ever need or use. It has a little over 100k miles on it but it has dealer records and is in pristine condition, and for 22k I couldn’t say no. I have 3 other cars, one of which is a similar sized Acura MDX which has been a flawless performer, but at 260k miles it’s time to think about putting it out to pasture. I’m hoping for many easy miles from this RX as I do my own maintenance and take meticulous care of all my cars.
I’m already having one small problem that is probably easy to fix although the solution given in the owners manual did not work. My drivers window does not have the auto up/down function working although it works on the other 3 doors. Any quick solutions? Thanks in advance!

Really loving this thing. Replacing our Lexus RX450h (2014) that was hail damaged and insurance did not want to repair it despite repair being much cheaper than the appraisal cost, but I got lucky and picked up this single-owner senior couple RX that was primarily driven between Calgary and Sherman Oaks California during the summers on highways. Paint is pretty much perfect and meticulously maintained
Has brand new brakes and brand new tires. I am not liking the Goodyear Assurance ComfortDrive at all Being senior people, they wanted to soften the ride and got these tires that are way too soft. They were extremely floaty and did not manage the mass well at all at 31 PSI. I inflated them up to 38 PSI front and 40 PSI rear and they feel much better now. Still, will replace them after using them for a while. Maybe, they would get better since they still might have the softening compound on them to prevent cracking while being stocked for sale.
2017 Lexus RX350 F-Sport
Black on red
F0Sport Package 3
Panoramic moonroof
360 degree camera
Cross traffic alerts/radar cruise control etc.

1.) 2017 Lexus RX350 Base
2.) Navigation with Apple Carplay Configuration
3.) Black Exterior and Black Interior with Chrome Trim
4.) Sport Utility AWD
5.) 20" OEM Wheels
All the pics I have at the moment haha bare with me, but as I mentioned in my biography, this is mostly a commuter car, as I am a college student, but a family car when I am out of school. I wanted to join this Forum so that I could document all the maintenance that is done on this car by my neighbor and I, as he is a Car guru and I am still pretty fresh doing this stuff, but I am excited to see other RXs!

New Lexus Owner
I am a first-time Lexus owner, and I'm binge-watching YouTube videos to learn how things work. Here's what I have:
1. 2021 RX450hl
2. Navigation
3. Black with caramel/black interior
4. Premium Package
I'm surprised at how nice it is--it's not just a really nice Toyota!
It's used, but very gently.
