That's great, Eric. Some Lexus dealer definitely know how to treat customers. I'm downright spoiled by mine I've had the Premiers on the '10 since November so I already have an idea how they are. Just a few more days until I pick up my 450h F-Sport.

 

I am still waiting for my dealer to get authorization from Lexus to change my Bridgstones to Michelin. Hoping h that they approve.

 

How were you able to get them to switch out the tires.... I also prefer to have Michelins all day over any other brand.

My dealer in Ontario refused to change my tires. I am very disappointed with their customer service.
Definitely would not recommend them to anyone!

 

My SA of 17 years arranged to have the tires switched for me when I said I was somewhat disappointed the 450h came with the Bridgestones.

 

Finally! I was starting to wonder when you'd get it.

 

In about 18 hours I will pickup my new CAVIER,NOBILE BROWN,BROWN MOCCA TRIM,20 IN CHROME ,MISHLIN LATITUDES,PREM PACKAGE. LSS PLUS ADAPTIVE.
Thank You FORT WORTH Sewell.Spent 3 weeks with 2 other dealers but NO COMPARISON..This is my 2nd RX.This is not mine but wheels are upgrade and considering pin striping but from what I've read hear it's not a good look with this new design.

 

I really wanted to pin stripe mine but there just any way to make it look right.

 

Pinstripe colors were off, brown and silver,redo Saturday.
