Took delivery of my 2016 RX350 AWD on Sept. 6th in Northern NJ - MSRP $53,400 for $47,000 plus TTL minus $1000 instant rebate. I was actually surprised I was able to buy the car in less than an hour, I was honest with the salesman that I'd be giving an aggressive offer on the car and he met it.
Handed off my 2006 IS250 AWD to it's second owner after 121,000 miles of trouble free duty (aside from all the recalls fixed for free).

I took FREE delivery to my home of a 16' RX350 Premium in Houston, TX from a dealer in San Antonio this past Saturday. That's right, they drove and delivered it with a gift basket, and I never stepped foot onto their dealership lot. Percentage off of MSRP and final sale price below.
I believe you can stack since the only restrictions depend on your lender selection (Lexus Financial or other lender). I posted that deal to try to save current shoppers some $$, but it looks like fatwallet trolls had other agendas.
With this deal (I shopped dealerships in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and even Oklahoma and Louisiana of which all matched my local dealers price), I was able to get my MSRP $48,503 down 10.83% at sale $43250 + TTL.

Lot of folks in this thread are getting what I would consider to be great prices. In the Seattle/Pacific Northwest, doesn't seem possible to get more than $4 to $5k off MSRP before any of the additional incentives.

just purchased RX350 2016 Cavier and noble brown from Silverspring MD Lexus dealer ( excellent deal in my opinion almost 15.1% off MSRP)
MSRP $53,713
OTD price cash including TLL and all fees $47500
and they put door edge for free!
Pohanka Chantilly can not match and were very non professional !

Was this including the $1500 from Lexus for paying cash?

I am amazed at this deal you got. After about 2 months of negotiating in S. Florida, this is the best I could do.
MSRP: $52,263
Dealer options (mud flaps & running boards): $1,336 (Includes parts & labor)
Selling Price: $47,359.65
Govt. Fees: $927.50
Doc. Fees: $799
Taxes (FL 6%): $2913.85
Lexus Cash: $1500
Out the Door Price: $50,500.00
Can you breakdown your pricing like above. I am trying to understand where the differences are since we all know taxes and fees are different from dealer to dealer and state to state. Thanks buddy.

all fees except Tax and Tag fees are BS by dealers!
So we way I negotiate I went to them with a set % off the MSRP and in your case take 13-15% of that and add your 6% Florida tax and the addition is your OTD price, I paid cash so I got the $1500 Lexus rebate. Hope this help

Well if I just do the 13% off MSRP then add the sales tax there is a $1000 difference from what I paid and if I do 15% off MSRP and then add the sales tax it is $2000 difference from what I paid. I guess it is not too bad when you factor in buying from the local dealer with the exact color and options you want (we opted for Autumn Shimmer with Bamboo/Parchment Interior) than settling for a Silver Metallic or Gray versions that all S. Florida dealerships had plenty of for a better deal. Nevertheless, you seemed to have got the best deal out of all of us in this forum and for that you get a attaboy. Well done.

Hoping to buy today in SA! Could you PM me your dealer POC info? *Fingers crossed* we can get a deal as good as yours.
