The price before TTL was around $47200 (before applying $1K coupon).

This was a returning customer price, so it may be difficult for others to get this price.

That depends if youre going f sport or not.

You can easily get $2k off MSRP for non f sport from my research. I have called all the dealerships within 500 miles of Los Angeles that have F sports in stock and only 2 gave me more than $3500 and one $2000 off msrp for F sport.

Picked up a Nightfall RX Fsport with gray interior with the launch configuration on 12/4 from Lexus of Cerritos. This is the deal that SFocLA had been talking about, but he was extremely generous to pass the deal to me since he didn't want this color choice and I did. No trade in and I was not a previous customer at this dealer. The car had 79 miles on it when I picked it up (not worried since it's a Lexus).

MSRP: 59,975 (invoice according to truecar is about 57,004)
Autonation discount off MSRP (not costco): 3,917
Purchase price: 56,058
Financed the car.

We probably wouldn't have gotten one without your generosity in sharing the deal with me. Thanks so much!

Congrats!
May I ask what "Autonation discount" is?

Hey Ken

Here is what happened- I went through Costco for pricing that connected me with Woodland Hills. They provided me the originally pricing that I posted in the Costco thread that ignited the doubters to ask for more details. Prior to that, Cerritos of Lexus (autonation dealership) sales rep was already in contact with me. I sent him the quote from Woodland Hills Lexus and he beat it which is how this deal happened.

Hope that helps.

Hello,
I was going to wait a bit until I could get good discounts, but when I saw people getting discounts I decided to try now... I'm in socal and called/emailed lexus of riverside, westminster, newport beach, and cerritos.

None were willing to give any discounts or very little (nowhere near 3k+). =/

$3k off is tough and dealers will laugh, right now best I can find is $2k off msrp thats not local and I was only looking at f sports.

So do you think my 2500 off a 450h F sport special order is good?

When is it arriving? I would say yes if its within the next couple months. Several reasons - special order I am assuming you got everything you wanted and secondly I am about to pull a trigger on F sport around 2500 off because no one wants to give a deal on a white f sport. Considering 450h F sport is more rare imo, I would say your deal is repped. $3500+ savings is a extremely rare.

Today actually I filled out more costco surveys with different zips, found a dealer willing to give me invoice for Silver w/red interior F Sport. I am paying close to $800 over invoice for a white one. Hope that helps.
