NX F Sport seats are smaller than the RX. I sat in both at the dealership.
I'm 6' 180 lb with larger legs/thighs from Hockey in my younger days.
Nx = Thigh/seat bolstering way to narrow and uncomfortable.
Rx = snug, but not uncomfortable. I could live with it, but would rather it not be that snug
on my thighs. Side bolstering/back = awesome. Maybe the best seats I have sat in overall.
Puts my CLA 45 AMG seats to shame....

Happy New Owner
My wife and I are the proud owners of a new Matador Red 2016 RX with Noble Brown interior. We are getting on in age so we decided to splurge
and get the Luxury Pkg. with all the bells and whistles, HUD, Mark Levinson,
Triple Beam, Pano Roof, 20'' Fancy Wheels, etc.
I would like to thank all the forum members for the great education and
guidance we received over the past year just by reading your posts. It has allowed us to make an informed purchase.
We live in the state of Delaware where there is only one Lexus dealer,
Koons Lexus in Wilmington. We had a very knowledgeable sales person,
Pernell Pressey and would recommend him highly.
The RX is a pleasure to drive, very smooth ride even with 20" rims.
The 8 speed is also very smooth, it is hard to discern any shifting going
on. The quietness of the interior is the best we have ever encountered.
The HUD allows us to view actual speed, posted speed, navigation arrows,
intersections, radio stations, tachometer, etc.
The adaptive cruise allows us to maintain a speed and a preset distance
from the car in front of us and even brings the car to a stop when the car in front stops. It will then resume when traffic starts to move again.
The Lane Keep Steering Assist keeps us centered on the road as long as
there is a line on either side of the RX.
The Mark Levenson system surrounds you with clean crisp music and sounds great.
We spent several days exploring and customizing all the features and now it feels like home, not very hard to get use.
Should any member have any questions regarding the operation of the
RX please feel free and I will attempt to answer them.

Just a heads up to anyone. I was test driving an F sport version today. I am 6'4" and not fat at all, but slim and tall but also big. Make sure you test drive that Fsport before you buy it. The side seat driver bolstering goes up on the seat side edge's. There is no way to adjust it.

The f sport seats are basically like any other recaro racing seats. You either fit in them or you don't because you're either big on the rear/thighs or not...

My husband and I sat in the FSport yesterday. I am 5'6", 160lb and he is 5'10", 170lb. The bolstering was so tight that it was a deal breaker for both of us. He has a 2015 GS FSport and the bolsters on that thing are perfect.

They lost me as a customer. I would actually be embarrassed to drive this car. Horrible front end. Way too busy with way too many angles.
The RX350 was their best seller. They must have been bored with selling too many of them. I do not think they would have that problem with the 2016. Although it is a known fact that people will buy anything. Think "Reese's Pieces" cereal for children. I rest my case. People will buy ANYTHING.
