I never had to use anything but an Email with Jerry.

Sent him my VIN. He sent back the prices for each warranty. I selected the warranty. And also gave him my credit card number.

Got a small Pamphlet a week later in the mail.

Done

You should get paperwork in mail, if you don’t have in mail by 2 weeks call him.

New forum member here recommending Jerry @ Midwest also...could not have had a more pleasant transaction today for a 10 year (6 years from in-service) Lexus Extracare Platinum Warranty. The dealer where I bought out the lease of my 2019 Lexus GX460 Premium (22,100 miles) was not even in the same ballpark for the same warranty. Honestly Jerry is absolute no-brainer if your looking to purchase a warranty.
Thanks to contributors of this thread for helping this newbie find him!

Are these Lexus corporate extended warranties, Kornerstone or another third party provider?

I noticed this language on the Lexus warranty site. Does this mean you still get the deductible waved from our own dealership or does selling dealership mean Midwest?“Deductible options: You can choose a $0 or $100 disappearing deductible. The Lexus extended warranty deductible is waived if you visit the selling dealership.”

Edit: just read the $0 deductible applies to the dealer who sold the warranty so that’s disappointing.

Email or call Jerry

Provide him your VIN

He will send you a list of all of the Extended Warranties available for your vehicle. Basically how many years you want.

Choose the one you want and give him you credit card information.

Within a couple weeks you get a packet from Lexus Financial

Question for you experts. If I purchased a 2018 that was a CPO, it includes a 2 year/unlimited mile warranty, which should take me to 2026. I contacted Jerry and was quoted for many options but I started thinking that if I have a CPO warranty that covers it for the first six years, than I would really want a 10 year /125k mile warranty which is really only covering an additional 4 years and 40k miles. Has anyone had a discussion with Jerry about reducing the cost of the warranty if there was a CPO warranty that would cover the first six years? Yes I sent him an email to ask these questions but thought I would ask the group here as well as I have not received a response yet from him.
