I have it on mine and would not buy it. It's very show to charge. I would just buy the Samsung wireless charger puck and place it in the same location. This way I can place my phone over it to change, much faster and much more economical.

Actually, the Iphone 12 mini fits perfectly in the cubby under your wrist depending on the case you use. The little plastic tray in the bottom of the cubby will also come out to give a teensy bit more space as well.
So are there any viable options to add Qi charging to our vehicles besides USB cables to an external charging plate?

Saw online the offering of the freedom charge by Brand motion. They have a few custom kits for automotive applications but none for Lexus. There is a kit that you can "trim" yourself to fit. Anyone with any expwrience with them?
I get the issue with the wires. You can try a very short charging cable of about 6 inches and a low profile charger adapter for the 12v input. I had an old Halo back up battery that was designed to attach to an Iphone. The charging cable that came with it is less than 6 inches so not a bunch of wire to be seen.
