I think only the Elite model has BSM (radar). starting MSRP for the elite trim is $46,420. I was cross shopping 4RX,16 Passport, MDX -- especially the security feature: Honda Sensing (BSM Elite only; no IPA) vs Lexus Safety+BSM+IPA. Once I eliminated the need for 8 passenger load, 4RX is an easy decision for me.

Apparently the highest trim level, Pilot Elite, does have the blind spot monitoring system. They call it Blind Spot Information System with Cross Traffic Monitor. This is not offered in the 4 lower trim levels so it appears this is considered the premium solution or implementation (compared to LaneWatch).
