Its a lease anyway. If car is problematic, turn in your lease at the end and move on. By that time, all first year production issues will be sorted out and you will have an indication of how reliability looks. I doubt its going to be anything less than stellar. You can turn in your current one and get a new MY at that time.

Hi gang,
I picked up a 2019 RX F-Sport 3 on lease, barely had it for a week and I ran into this exact issue. The dealership hasn't said much other than what was mentioned above, an injector. My concern is that after a few years on this generation they would have figured out this issue no? I'm going on a week since dropping it off. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Flashing Check engine light, bogging engine, AWD Malfunction, ICS Malfunction. I'm pretty disappointed as this is a brand new Lexus.

I had similar problem on my 2012 RX350. Shortly after I purchased it, the coil on one of the spark plugs failed and the engine started running rough and gave a large number of error messages including anti-lock brakes not working. I was close to home so i drove home slowly and had it towed into the dealer. It was repaired and I never had another problem with the vehicle. I think the problem is that the error messages on the dash are scary and have no relationship with the actual problem.
Between my wife and I we have had 2008 RX400H (wife), 2012 RX350 (me), 2016 RX 350 (wife), leased 2016 RX350 (me). I currently have a 2018 RX350 and my wife just bought a 2020 RX350. Across all those vehicles we have had very few problems.
Now that the vehicle is fixed, I won't worry.

Next morning, when I was taking it to the dealership (very close by), CEL was solid with the 2 messages, about half a mile, it beeped and CEL started flashing, limped my way at 20mph rest of the way to the dealership.
