Thanks. The 22s with 265/35 rubber on the NX is slightly larger than the OEM diamater so on the NX it actually fills the wheel wells better. However, in the case with the RX above, the tires are of the wrong size (More below).
Yeah, change the tires please since they are WAY too SMALL and wrongly sized. Taller tires would look better. OEM diameter on the RX for the 235/55/20s is 767mm while the 255/35/22 rubber you have is only 737mm, off by 30mm or well over an inch! The tires you need to put on are 265/40-series tires on the 22inch rims which will give a diameter of 771 mm. It's also 99.5% within the diameter of OEM which won't mess up the speedo and odometer readings.

They're perfectly flush on the NX to the mud flaps. Look closely you can see mine (left) flush to the mud flaps vs OEM (far right) inwards about 5/8 inch.
The RX's wheels are 20x8 but not sure on the offset. Typically Lexus is around +35 for this size width so something like my Vossens will protrude about 9.7mm over OEM. See image below. Hope this helps.

Wow...are you able to turn? Those front wheels look incredibly close to the inside fender.

Thank you for your knowledge.
I am seriously thinking of the RX and if I do, 22s are the way I will go.

the wheel is flush with the socket 5x114.3 will fit. The OEM wheels is 8 the giovanna wheel is 9. I don't want to go to low with the tire height cause I don't want a bumpy ride so I chose 265/45/22 plus I'm waiting for the coil over to be available and I will drop it down 1 to 1.5".
