I replied yesterday and I got a message that my response is awaiting review from moderator. Not sure what happened to it

Nonetheless, I was able to make the app work. I installed the app suite as described by EXP_Cougar and when I sat in my RX, got an update for Lexus enform.. it installed the app suite to my lexus and soon after that I got the email saying my remote is working.

I think Lexus has made it mandatory to have app suite along with the remote to activate it. But I wish it was documented as a necessary step. Anyways the SOS folks weren't of much help and thanks to all you folks who helped me out here..

FYI - the key remote will still remotely start the car, like the previous generations. Press the lock button 3 times and hold for 8 seconds on the third press. The lights will flash and the car will start for 10 minutes. You can start again for another 10 minutes, but it will only do it twice.
