Default Another video on the noise I'm getting

Can anyone else shed some light on if this is similar to what they are experiencing ? Please also
post some videos ... hope the techs at Lexus read these forums and can study/review what's happening because it's hard to replicate this noise sometimes ... by the way I emptied out everything in the car (center armrest console, door pockets, glove compartments, cup holders etc ....

whoa...your vibration noise caused my little Bluetooth speaker to rattle my desk.
I have surely never heard that noise before.
RX has 888 miles and is 3 weeks old.

Yes it's part of the "new Rx body style" per corporate and techs ... not giving up! I've been Lexus fan for over 20 years not to mention how many lexus cars I have driven and owned ... this is a deal breaker for the future ... I hope anyone researching to buy a Lexus reads this thread and thinks again - I will not be advising anyone to purchase a Toyota anymore

Mine sometimes makes that noise, didn't happen on the Test Drive with a Master Tech from Lexus. He assured me that this issue is being diligently worked on. Personally the vibe I got taliking with him is even if there is a fix its going to be a very slow process. Much testing will need to be done, possibly could be an emissions issue. Wouldn't count on anything soon. I have just about given up. All Im doing is getting myself more and more furstated. The service Manager said no ones dying here and I just need to be patient.

Patience until warranty runs out ...
Horrible response from the mgr. no one is dying? Really!!!? U got my money ! 🏃🏾 💨 💰 Principal is it's a premium vehicle at premium dollars making these noises right out the lot ... my 54K could have gone into something more rewarding and less frustrating ...

Wow, I certainly hear that noise in the video! Thanks for posting! My hybrid doesn't have that at all. For what it's worth, I got a loaner ES 350 (3.5 V-6) & I swear, its the quietest car I have ever driven. Zero drone & hardly any engine noise at all. It has to be something in our RX body style.

Wow that's terrible. I've had that noise in all the RXs too but it's happens much more briefly. Similar sound though. Hope you get it fixed, if not make Lexus buy it back.

Default Sounds like the same droning on the Toyota Highlander?

Does this sound similar to the droning issue on the Toyota Highlander?

...although the droning happens on the earlier model of the Highlander.

Good luck

Similar to mine, sound did lower somewhat when I put in better gas....but yeah they will say this is within spec...and their spec is pretty wide. Good luck as I have given up.

Temperature of the cars in both videos are cold. Is it the same drone once car gets to the normal temperature or less noticeable?
It also takes some time for catalytic converter to get to its normal operating temperature as well. I am wondering if people are taking their cars do dealer and it is all warmed up at that point.
