2016 RX 350 Excessive noise and vibration

Has anyone put together a list of the same equipment that each of the vibration-prone vehicles share? Things like the same brand & size of tires, same wheels, etc. Yes, wheels can produce frequency noise by the air moving thru the spokes. There could also be something different with the tuning due to different pollution equipment and/or requirements.

I contacted dealership near me and waiting for parts now to arrive. Will post my experience when I get the TSB done for the vibration and droning issue. I want to see if this fixes it, if not I will Trade up for something else because if lexus is having issue that they can't fix, better off with other brands as nothing is reliable.

2018 RX350 Base FWD Drone Noise and Vibration at 1000 to 2500 rpm
New 2018 RX350 FWD with 1700 miles. I have experience the drone noise and vibration mentioned here on this forum many times. Took the RX into the local dealer (Austin,TX) about a month ago with then mileage of of 1200 miles and complained about this drone noise etc. At the time the dealer said "Test drove & found working as designed at this time". Vibration and noise continued and seemed to become worse. Took car in today, 5/8/18, and they found that a "engine/motor" mount was bad and they had to order a part. They gave me a 2017 RX350 loaner and it was vibration and noise free. I hope the new engine mount will solve my issue. Will post in a few days my results with fix of new engine mount.

RX 2018 Noise and Vibration problem FIXED.
Here is the service invoice for the repair to my 2018 RX. You can see the work completed regarding the rear engine mount. Vehicle seems much better. The drone noise and vibration are gone. I can feel a slight movement in the steering wheel like a tire (s) are a little out of balance. I will have Discount Tire check on the balance.

Yes, l am very happy with Lexus of Austin. They are a class act. Service dept is very busy so get an appointment and ask for Matt. Matt understands the problem as I was the second person with the identical problem. Great waiting area with a Starbucks like coffee bar with free rolls etc.
