PLamarine: see my Post #159 for the TSB number. It's in the Lexus service system for their techs to access.

I'm confused. I just called the dealership and they informed me there are NO TSB out for my vehicle, a 2017 RX350. I would assume this TSB PCW is speaking of would be for 2016 and 2017 models.

I just had mine done, but honestly I havent really felt any difference. Still have vibration and drone.
While I was there I test drove another RX and it was significantly smoother than mine. So apparently the
degree of vibration and drone varies from car to car. Wouldnt exspect that from Lexus.

Did the TSB resolve the hesitation though? I don't think a transmission programming fix would alleviate the vibration and droning.

Actually noticed something weird with my cruise control and not sure if its related to the transmission issue in this thread. On occasion, when i hit the steering column stalk to raise the cruise control speed, the transmission will downshift and stay in that lower gear until i manually turn off the cruise control. It will not upshift itself. Also, if i'm going up a hill and the transmission downshift and i go over the hill it still stays in the lower gear and will not upshift. Anybody else have t his issue with the cruise control?

Yes I had that once a few times in the mountains. The transmission gets confused and tries to hunt gears making the ride a bit lurchy. Hopefully the TSB will help with this.

This is why posting the TSB will be helpful. Many times, a dealer will deny that such a TSB exists or say "they cannot find it".

Mine happened before any TSB. I still haven't gotten it done yet (The TSB).
