Eerily similar IP addresses.
I'm skeptical of "independent" websites that claim others are fake while promoting its own fake products.
First, let's ask the question whether any chip that hooks onto the OBDII port can change the engine performance on the fly.
I understand Toyota dealers do use the OBDII port to reprogram ECU, for example, but that is through a Techstream software that runs on a PC connected to the OBDII port. This SW then "talks" to the ECU in the vehicle. It just seems incredible to me that this whole SW can be run on a $80 or $120 chip. I don't see any flash or memory on it. And even more incredible is that all these modules claim to support various car brands and models!
On the flip side, if there's indeed a real chip there in those modules, and if we believe it is really connected to the OBDII port, then perhaps it is really doing "something". But what is that "something"? We never know until someone hooks up a OBDII protocol analyzer to check it.

BTW both sites seem to use orangewebsite.com for hosting, that's why the IP addresses are similar. Coincidence? Or these 2 sites are set up by the same company?

And these are using PICS that have enough memory to hold all the ODB map of any car model.
But who knows.... maybe they are all sams...
Like you said, factual measurable facts are needed to prove they work.

Hesitation
Great discussion on this subject. However, my vehicle is much better since the transmission flash than before. But not great for the hesitation.
Could stand more improvement. Sport mode works ok but does not completely eliminate the problem. Thanks to all for your input.

I installed the Powertune device 4 days ago and it works as advertised. I'm so pleased with the result! I'm so disappointed I had to live with the hesitation problem for approx. 26 months with no help from Lexus on my 2016 RX. I was hesitant, but with the money back guarantee, I decided to spend the money. So glad that I did!

I have now had my “scam” device installed over 2 weeks and it is still running smooth with no jerking and no hesitation . I fully understand this is only in my imagination as The placebo effect kicks in. At least I feel better! Happiness is smooth power flow.

What the gas you put in? 87 or premium. If the ignition timing changed by the chip.
