I just bought 2019 and NO enform sub. Starts by FOB . press lock once to make sure all doors locked. press 2 times quickly and once more and hold after about 5 secs flashers flash and car starts......Press unlock on FOB and car stops. also opening locked door stops engine.

Any fob can remote start a car +2016, its two short lock button clicks and then third click you hold and it will start the car. This only works if your near the car tho. If you want a long range look at a new fob, lexus makes a long range one which works with the system the car already has. I also didnt care for the enform remote start i just use my orginal key fob that came with the car.
Is it the remote start your looking for, or a better car alarm?

If you want a long range look at a new fob, lexus makes a long range one which works with the system the car already has. On the lock button. two fast clicks, and on the third click you hold it down and it'll start the car for 10 mins. But being a toyota, it only stay on for 10 mins and then when you try and open the door it will shut the motor off and then you have to manually start the car again for "security" reasons. stupid but it is, what it is.
edit: Any lexus has the ability for remote start with or without the "Remote Start service" if you buy the long range fob then it just extends the range, but the remote start will work with the current fob you have. If you hit the unlock button for 3 seconds it will also open all the windows and sunroof. Most dont have this programmed but if you ask the dealer they can easily add this feature, I personally dont cause it lets leaves and bugs in, and it also dirties up the windows I just painstakingly cleaned but its also a feature.

For sure does not work on my 2016 RX350 F Sport without enform subscription.

If it doesnt work from the fob (or key) then I would take it to the dealer and have them program it in. It should come from factory to automatically start from the fob with the three click on the lock button.

It’s not listed on the dealer programmable custom settings https://www.clublexus.com/forums/att...on-display.pdf but I will plan to ask our local service advisor if this may be done.

2020 RX350.....I posted this in another thread I think but everyone I ask comes up with a different answer depending upon the year, the cellular carrier assigned to your car (whatever that means), and who you talk to. I have gotten multiple answers from multiple Lexus reps. This came in the mail in July. That is through the App. I will find out if the fob method works beyond that.

When the Enform subscription expired. FOB remote start will also stop working.

I'm a new owner of a 2021 RX350 F Sport AWD.
I got my subscription activated and I can remote start through the app, but when I just use my remote it doesn't work.
Is there any option to enable this?
