My 2017 rx450h also has the white door sills. I’m wondering if any of the 4th generation rx450h had the blue door sills straight from the factory. They advertise the 2 different colours in the accessories but don’t install them in the matching cars! Does anyone else find this odd? Any rx450h owners have the blue door sills installed from the factory? Or is yours white like mine and a few others that have posted? Thanks

Accessories are typically installed in port. The illuminated door sills were part of my special order but the dealer 'forgot' them. I asked to have the sills shipped to my house and put them in myself. And they are blue. Not sure why so many 450h owners here have white.

Thanks for posting the info. Got a white light set for $135 shipped from a Lexus dealership. Installation took less than 2 minutes for both side. Looks great at night.

^ definitely. it clearly is not worth the MSRP. realistically it should be closer to $50. probably costs Toyota only a few dollars to manufacture

Today I had the Lexus dash cam installed by the dealer and also installed the puddled door lights and the illuminated sils.

Thumbs up Door Sills
Went with the Lexus Ghost Lights and Illuminated Door Sills thanks to this thread. The Sills can be found at a nice discount. 15 minute swap out for door Sills. Both look great on the 2017 RX. My friends told me to quit advertising for Lexus with the “lights”.

Thank you for the details of installation.

can you post more info on the puddle door lights. do you have a part number? how much are the lights?

Default no more illuminated door sills?
my old 2010 ultra premium had the lexus emblem illuminated on the two front doors and i just noticed that my new 2017 doesn't in the F Sport 3. Is that a change, is the illumination only in the the executive package now?
