Default Sway Warning - Time to Rest

Can anyone explain the how this function works? I have seen it on the information display but don't know how to set it etc. Thank you,

Not sure HOW it works, but I think it's supposed to monitor your eyes for drowsiness.

I think it counts how many times you swerve onto other lanes on the road. if you hit the lane markers too often, i think that'll trigger it. Not sure, but i'm guessing since this happened to me during a longish road trip once.

This function detects wandering or drifting within a lane, and warns the driver. When Lane
Sway Warning activates, a buzzer sounds 6 short beeps, the steering wheel indicator
flashes and the lane indicators flash alternately left/right.
This function activates only when the vehicle speed is approximately 32 MPH (50 km/h) or
more
