I contacted Lexus Corp again and I was told that they will contact the dealer and let me keeping the loaned car until they work it out. It seems there is a lack of communication between Lexus and local dealer. I do not know whom I should deal with now. What happen if Lexus refuse buyback and the dealer refuse further repair? So far my car stay with dealer for more than 30 days.
If Lexus does not make you happy with the dealer, it is likely time to seek a lawyer. They are covering their bases with the registered letter and they know the Lemon Law very well. If the windshield is not installed correctly they should fix, if they say that all is OK then a lawyer will be next. With proper warnings they can start charging you for the loaner or even come and get it. See if you can get a Lexus rep meet you at the dealer.

ccbj2008, was the letter from the dealer or Corporate? While you wait for Corporate, you might want to consider consulting with an attorney like RXOwner said. They can advise you better than us in this situation. Good luck and thank you for the update.

It might be helpful to other RX 350 owners to know the name of your dealer after all don't dealers request evaluations to be made by customers?
