Is there anyway to enable parking assist or ICS just for the front?

The issue there is no front camera so you can only rely on the audio warning of an obstacle in the front, which is only audible with he parking assist on. However both the ICS and PKA seem to be rendered useless by my bike rack, even without the bike. It'll either engage the proximity warning "with park assist" and/or "auto brake" with ICS. immediately after this the system will malfunction. It will tell me I need to clean the sensors and both are auto disabled.

Lexus seems to have chosen a very poor/stupid option for the rear camera warning. I have a bike rack so about half the time I get the warning that the rear camera is obstructed. No problem. I can hit the undo button to silence it. The problem is that some idiot decided that I should get the alarm every ten seconds until I restart the car. I know I can turn off the rear camera but that still flashes an alarm 100% of the time. I don't think it is possible but is there an option to only show the alarm while in reverse or to actually make the undo button work? Every ten seconds is just a ridiculous and stupid idea, especially when I am not in reverse
