In direct sunlight my windshield has a "crackled" look, with noticeable non-uniform marks noticeable in the glass. I cannot see them in the shade or at night. Is this normal? I have never had a similar experience in another vehicle.

Do you see cracks in the glass?

Whatever, doesn't sound good though. Sometimes there is shipping damage, let the dealer figure it out.
