I always marvel at how Brian Cooley can make an informative review very entertaining. One of my favorites (along with Craig Cole on Autoguide.com who also recently tested the RX).

Unfortunately, I agree. I am not a fan of the Remote Touch Interface, but if the LF-FC is any indication of what is to come (gesture control), then bring it on!

Has anyone actually experienced the navigation screen being washed out? I haven't seen anyone complain about that yet.

I never experienced the navigation screen being washed out on 4RX.

I guess unless your in the blazzing sun at all times I doubt thats an issue. Reviewer is out in sunny SF

I am in sunny SoCal and never experienced any issue with the navigation screen under the sun in my 4RX.
