NULUXE INTERIOR TRIM

NuLuxe seating material offers more than just good looks and a supple texture. It weighs half as much as leather, and its manufacturing process generates far less CO2and VOC emissions than other synthetic leathers.
STANDARD ON: RX 450h, RX 350
Yup, it's fake.

Very few RX inventory comes with it though.

I test drove both the Luxury and F Sport a few times now and I can tell you the luxury seats are very plushy whereas the F Sport seats are firm and snug. I wouldn't say the F Sport seats are uncomfortable but they are snug and takes time to get used to. I don't think the F Sport seats go well for tall people in general. I was surprised the F Sport didn't give the option of sporty firm seats vs the luxury plushy seats. The back seats are the same plushy seats used in the non F Sport trim. I think it takes getting used to the F Sport seats. Most people won't like it during their first test drive.

Does anyone know if the Luxury seats and Premium seats are the same material?

Anyone know if the F Sport seats are the same regardless of the model? (e.g. IS, GS, LC, RX, NX, UX, etc.)

I just bought a 2019 RX350 F-Sport and the seat is very painful. Has anyone found a good seat cushion to recommend. I already asked the dealer to allow me to exchange the car but no luck.

You didn't try it first? Interesting I found the RX FSport seats unbearable so we went for the base version but I just bought the ES FSport and they are quite comfy in that model.

I think those F-Sport seats need some time to "cure". I have over 2K miles on mine RX and the seats a much more comfortable, that they were in the beginning.

yes they do get better, but even after a year, the narrow bolsters bother me on long trips. I do feel much more secure in them vs the standard seats tho. They hold you in place quite well.

im disappointed on the seats since you cant adjust the seat that much like bolster and the bottom side. when getting in and off the car the bottom seat always get in the way. wonder if the lux seat fit the f sport seat so we can get that 16way adjust. =)

Each to their own - I'm six foot and love the F-Sport seats, hold you well but not tight, I guess it depends on your size/build. I do a regular 1000 mile drive round trip (8/9 times a year) without issues, very comfortable.

My F Sport has about 1500km on it. Can confirm that as someone 200+ lbs and under 6ft, the first week or two were downright uncomfortable. At this point, the seats are relatively broken in and FAR more comfortable than brand new.

Can also confirm for Rioja interior at least, creases at the bolster are almost immediate and quite noticeable. Not sure there’s much one can do to prevent this, bolsters are generally a high wear point. See photo for reference:

I am thinking of buying 2019 F Sport - is still the case with seats, i mean still narrow and uncomfortable for long driving? Can someone please share their experience?

Don't trust anyone's opinion on this - you need to sit in those seats to figure out for yourself. For me, after sitting in them for three minutes, we bought a NON FSport. Conversely on our new ES, the FSport seats are quite comfy. Not nearly as tight and I'm not a big person at all.

No body can tell you that. Hopefully you've read thru this thread and realize some people love them, some people hate them. Only one person can give you an answer.......
