unfortunately I do not know but I have read threads here saying it is possible to adapt to hold the camera. Would not be too hard to bond a quick nice and secure fiberglass mount to the aftermarket grill.

I'd like to change out my 17 rx 350 lux grill for the f sport grill..do I need to replace bumper and all or can i just replace the grill? black

I have the opportunity to get an OEM full 2018 RX 350 FSport Front Grill (including top and bottom as well as chrome frame). Will this fit into my standard 2018 RX 350 (full luxury package including surround cameras)?

This thread is very helpul! If all I care about is the grille itself, do I need to buy 521160E060 and 521150E080 or just re-install the current ones.

I've already purchased the replacement honeycomb grille (it's a 3rd party single piece, instead of the 2 individual upper and lower grille oem parts)

Indy shop said they would charge $300 to do the F sport grill swap. Does that seem like a reasonable price?

It's probably worth it if you are not hands-on and want to spend one of your weekends learning and doing the swap yourself.

I bought the part from ebay. Contacted seller and was guaranteed it would fit on my base 2018 RX 350. Unfortunately, it didnt' fit. Took it to my dealer and the tech took apart the front bumper, but then showed me that the grille was made to fit an F-Sport. different sensor location positions, camera couldn't be mounted, etc. Luckily, they charged me a minimal labor fee to take off the bumper and then button it up again. Back to square one now.

It doesn't have the front camera mount, but seems like most people had to fab up something to make that it fit. I understand what you're saying about the parking sensor locations being lower than the F sport grill locations, but again seems like most people have made it work.

That's the same part number as the one I was thinking of buying. Looks like the aftermarket part number is 02HGL2010ABK. The links that people have provided for the once piece grill that fits the non-sport trim are no longer working. Can one of the folks that have installed the one piece eBay grill provide some input.
