I love the look of the F-Sport grill but I am not sure it is worth the effort.
Agreed. I saw the one-piece in another posting asked the seller and he repsponded that it wouldn't fit.
Contacted another local Lexus dealer about ordering the parts from them. The parts department responded that not only would I need to order the upper and lower grille pieces, but a whole new bumper as well (!!). So much for a little vanity project to get a better look.
Still happy to hear from anyone else who's done this successfully.
Perhaps I am in the minority, but I prefer the elongated louver look of the non-F Sport 16-19 grille. For me, it is the area bellow the grille that needs help. The grille just ends.
I bought the grill from the same vendor and it fit my 18 RX. I had a body shop do it so I can’t comment on what they did to make it work. The only complaint I had was that it wasn’t really black but a bronze/gunmetal color. Vendor said they would refund but I decided to keep it.

The one you just posted is a newer model 2020 or 2021 RX. Your RX is a 2017-2019 like mine. I'd be surprised if there were differences in the base grill during those years, but I have seen people post about it being hit or miss on fitment. Even the shop that did the work for me warned me about fitment of aftermarket parts. They said it was a pain, but it went on fine. Are you sure you can't bend it into shape?
Any news on the F Sport rear valance swap on the base model rear valance?
Is it a straight swap or will there be any modifications needed or extra parts?
Been planning to do that but I cant find anything if it's going to fit on a base model.
