This happened to my wife's new RX350 this morning as well. Dealership says that it's a "network problem affecting a lot of vehicles right now"
<rant>
Ok, so -- it's good to know that it's not my particular vehicle... However, it is VERY CONCERNING that a "cloud problem" has made it so I cannot use navigation or the radio in my new car. Why the hell does my car need a connection to any network for me to use navigation (which gets its information from the $219 MicroSD card in the dash!)

Hold down the power button to reboot it and see if it clears up.

Pressing/holding the button made no difference. The Lexus logo appeared, but that was it.
The dealer said their phone is ringing off the hook as it's a network problem affecting many vehicles.

Issue is nation-wide and is affecting vehicles equipped with nav and lexus enform.
Manual reset by disconnecting battery for 10 minutes will bring systems back online

So if my wife is uncomfortable taking a wrench to her 2-week-old car, she will need to make a service appointment to have this done?

I just dropped the car off and Lexus gave me a loaner to use in the meantime.

Your dealer will have to be the one to answer that.
I was just out for about 20 minutes and it didn't happen to me (Texas).
