I dont even use the navi system in any car no matter what. Would be nice to have the apple car play as I use the google maps on my phone 100 percent of the time.
Other than that, it's one great car.

I tried your address in Lexus "Destination Search," and Lexus gave me the correct suggestion before I even typed the whole thing in.
the navi works just fine. also, if you just hold the "off-hook" phone button you can use siri hands free.

IDK, the OP is rather strange. Either has way too much money than common sense or the selling Lexus dealership FAILED to show the OP all its features OR BOTH.
A friend of mine last year was just browsing around in a new "European" car dealership in the middle of nowhere in the deep south. He came across a barely used 2015 Lexus GX470 with just a couple of thousand miles. Since he had bought more than a dozen cars from that same dealership over the years, the manager told him that the prior owner wanted "third row seats " for grandkids visiting from time to time. And had mistaken the GX470 as NOT having the third row seats!!! So my friend asked why the manager did not correct the prior owner and show them the third row seats are there, but folded!!! The manager said, "Why? they are ready to buy another brand new BIGGER SUV and trade in this one!!
Needless to say, my friend got a steal on the GX470.

It happens. Some people have more money than sense.
I test drove a 2016 LX570 with 1700 miles on it. Asked about the story, apparently some guy bought it for his wife, who couldn't be bothered to come test drive it before he bought it, and she thought it was too big and heavy so he traded it in on a 4RX...which she again did not test drive until he brought it home to her. He said apparently she liked that one because he didn't come back to trade that in LOL
Who goes out and buys their spouse a $97,000 SUV without knowing if she likes how it drives?!?

Most Lexus owners have a college degree. You seem barely literate. Perhaps a Dodge Charger would be a better fit.

You do not mention any interaction with your dealer, which might have helped. BTW-- I recently had e-destination fail to find directions for an old parish church. I provided the operator with the information and it could not be found. Turns out that the church's name had been changed , years ago, when three parish churches were incorporated into one. I don't fault anyone for that problem, it just happened. Never had any problems with the 2013 nav and I find that the 2016's nav is a little better. However, good luck with your new purchase.
