Purchased these 2016 F-Sport rims off of Ebay to get rid of my stock 18" ones, hate the stock looking ones, don't know much about rims though. Two of them have these "blemishes" which are in the inner well. They are slightly raised areas approximately 2-3 in length about pencil thick. It looks almost like the paint wasn't uniform or someone repaired some cracks. On the other side of the rim are no visible repairs nor cracks. I see the sticky residue from the balancing weights and no visible change in color of the inner well. So it does not appear to have been altered after the wheel weights were placed at least. Are these factory paint blemishes, factory repairs, or local shop repairs?

I don't know enough about rims to know what a problem should be. What should I be concerned about? Thanks
