Some incoming calls go to Bluetooth, some go to handset
Hi, I'm new. Just got my 4RX today, was hoping this had changed from 3RX but nope.
Sometimes incoming calls will go to Bluetooth as desired, but sometimes they go to the handset.
I often listen to music at an elevated volume so instead of hearing my voice these callers are confronted with loud music as the first thing they hear.
Any ideas on what causes it or how to fix it? Thanks so much. - Jordan

I had similar experience in a corolla that I owned before. In the end I found out the cause: if you answer the call by press the "pick up" button on the car, then it goes to bluetooth. And you answer the call from your phone, then it does not go to the bluetooth. I am thinking that it might be the same situation for the RX. Have you answered the call in these two different ways?
