It might fit, depending on what the tire manufacturers specify as minimum width, but the tires might bulge out a bit.
Thanks good to know.

Rim specs. diam. x width and lip type J(JJ), off set. They fit my 2015.

4RX comes with 18" base wheels. Higher grades get 20" wheels. There is no 19". Most dealers and tire shops recommend 18" for winter wheels.

Check tirerack. Their system is pretty good. That will site you your options.

Some dealers are less knowledgeable than others.

My old 3RX winter wheels were 18x7 with a 35 offset. I am using these right now on 235 65 18.
Stock for my 4RX is 20" 235 55 20
There are no fitment issues with the 18x7

They do bulge out a bit. Nothing serious and within spec, good for banging off snow covered curbs without hitting the rims

I am running 20" 245/50 Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 SUVs on my RX450h. No issues - beautiful handling both in snow, on ice and on dry tarmac.

I drive RX450h too coming from BMW X5, Acura MDX. Commonly we downsize wheel by one and put on narrower taller tire for winter driving for better traction and road
holding. By all means RX are not sport handling vehicles. regular RX is better in that department than hybrid. No locking differential on hybrid....

Did anyone switch back to Summers? How did you reprogram the TPMS system?

When I put my summer tire/rim back on I just reset the tpms setting. However, I did NOT have sensors in my winter package. I think you got the package with sensors if I remember...

Did you keep the codes for the OEM set? If so any tire shop should be able to do it for a little cash. Or hopefully they have a scan tool to get the codes. Programming does not take long. I had another car done at a local shop for 60 cash and they swapped the tire/rims as well. After that I just used the electrical tape over the light during the winter.

Shops usually have TPMS id. scanner tool. The hnd held unit is pointed close(inch or so) to each TPMS and push the button. The unit will wake up the sensor and
transmit id. which is displayed. If code is know, Tech stream will register the new id.

I have the codes. My local dealer charges $40 to program the set.

I ended up getting these wheels from a dealer here in Edmonton for about $800 + tax. I have to say they are not the same OEM quality, but are decent for their price and don't show noticeable wear after one Alberta winter. The centre caps are a notice touch but are very cheap and will chip the paint of the wheels when installed if the cap stickers are not applied perfectly centred.

@FastFord,

Did you get your wheels swapped back yet? I noticed that the design of the wheels are such that the opening for the lug nuts are very deep and seem to hold snow/ice/water. The lug nuts I removed yesterday are the most corroded I have ever seen in the 8+ years I've had a separate set of winter tires. Of course, I cleaned off the corrosion before re-installing the summer set, but I'm thinking this LX80 set from RWC will lead to premature corrosion of the lug nuts. Some of the nuts are corroded inside at the base of the threads too.

Corroded lug nuts after one winter season on the LX80 wheels

RWC - LX80 18x8. Notice socket embeds much deeper than Lexus wheel (~1/2 inch)

Lexus OEM - Executive Pkg (Canada) 20x8

Yes, I have done the wheel swap. I bet you are not the only one to notice the lugs showing significant corrosion and rust. I too noticed that the lugs are not what they used to be. Mine were similar to yours. I did apply a good amount of rust proofing oil to the lugs (Inside and Outside) before the winter. I would agree with you that these lugs showed a more significant amount of ugliness than any previous year. We had a bad winter this year and there was certainly a lot of salt and whatever the road chemical is they put on the road. I think I will be picking up a set of lugs for next spring and use the originals for the winter.

On a similar note I can't believe the amount of brake rust spots that accumulated this year. Wheels, body and even the plastic trim and mud guards.
